Choosing a photographer for your wedding day is no joke! I completely understand how difficult it can be to trust someone with something so important...especially when it’s something you’ve never done before!

So, before we get started, I want to give you a glimpse behind the curtain at my process. This way, you’ll know what to expect, when to prepare and ask any questions you might have in advance. Wedding planning is a big job, but it’s nothing you can’t handle!

A marriage more beautiful than your wedding day.

Experience

01
Say Hello

If you’re interested in working together to preserve your one-of-a-kind wedding day, just hop on over to my contact form to let me know! Share with me your wedding date, anything else you may already know about your special day and what makes you most excited by the possibility of us working together.

02
Sip a Latte

Next, we get to head over to a local bakery or coffee shop to snack on sweets while talking about the sweetest of all topics: your wedding day! I can’t wait to hear about your love story, how your fiance proposed and what you’ve already dreamt up for your special day. You can also ask me any questions about my style or process, so you feel more comfortable moving forward!

03
Prep for your Engagement Session

Because all of my packages come with a complimentary engagement session, the next item on the agenda is planning it! We can hop on a phone call or meet up for cocktails to chat about locations, outfits and anything else you want to prep ahead of time for your session.

04
Smile for
 the Camera

Whether you plan to use your photos on Save the Dates or just to decorate your home, the engagement session is (believe it or not) one of the most important parts of the whole process! This is where you have the chance to get used to being in front of the camera while I start to learn how to pose, direct and guide you through the photos. This will pay off in a big way come wedding day.

05
Enjoy Your First Gallery

2-3 weeks after our first session, you’ll have the full gallery to admire!

06
Nail Down
 Your Timeline

No later than five weeks before your wedding day, it’s time to get down to the nitty-gritty. I can’t express enough how important a well-planned wedding day timeline is to a smooth, stress-free wedding day. But, don’t worry! You don’t have to plan it on your own! With years of wedding experience, I can help you put together a timeline that will get you everywhere you need to be without feeling rushed or worried.

If you’ve opted for a wedding collection that includes bridal portraits, you’ll get to give everything from your gown to your makeup a test run in front of the camera! Not only does this give you additional photos for your wedding gallery, but it also gives you the opportunity to see how your hair and makeup will look in photos and make any adjustments before the big day.

08
Dance Your
Wedding Day Away

Pop the champagne and mix those mimosas! Your wedding day has arrived, and the only thing you have to do is live it to the fullest. I’ll be by your side to do all the rest.

09
Sneak A Peek

Before you’ve even had the chance to wash away your wedding day curls, a sneak peek will arrive in your inbox! That’s right! Less than 24 hours after you say “I do,” you’ll have the chance to relive some of the best moments.

Just 6-8 weeks after the big day, your entire wedding gallery will be yours to enjoy and share!
